What happened? Did something happen to Trixy???
 

Yes.. Trixy got hit by a car and we had to put her to sleep. She had multiple breaks in her hips and pelvis and it was going to be too expensive to operate PLUS they didnt know if she would be the same again.. so we had to put her down.. this happened Saturday night.. sad. The kids have just cried and cried and cried (me too) .. I even miss her when I wash the dishes!
 

Oh Ruth! That's so sad. I'm sorry to hear about that. My favorite dog got hit by a car when I was 16 and I cried for weeks.

Tell the kids I'm sorry that happened, and give them a hug from me. Then get them to give you and Joel hugs from me too.
