Happy Birthday Joseph!

We have had a great week.. we are busy trying to get the house organized .. which is a never ending project! Daddy and PawPaw worked on the master bathroom (working on evening out a wall where the closet had been), Mom is still trying to get caught up on laundry and organized! The kids are excited about swim lessons coming up quickly (even joseph is excitted!).
I took the pics below over the last few weeks or so..
I am off to water the yard :) .. we have gladiolas about to bloom! (yipee!)

Our Camping Trip

We had a great time on our camping trip! Below are pics.. LOTS of pictures from the trip... Some great highlights from the trip are:
Nathan wondering what the water pistol was doing at a bait shop.. "MOM, how do you use THIS for bait?" he asked
We have a tent that holds our two king size mattresses.. the kids on one and us on the other.. we have had the tent for over a year and NEVER used it.. it worked great!
The gang caught enough fish to have a fish fry the second night we were there.. yummy!
The camping area we were in held about 20 camping sites.. first day and night we were the only ones there! .. the second night a man and his German Shepherd showed up.. it was like we had the place to ourselves.
We had our tent close to the water and there was a small "cove" with a sandy beach and rocks the kids LOVED playing in.. and Trixy LOVED swimming in!
Animal encounters included .. Raccoons (several), an armadillo, Sun Fish Perch, Black and White Bass, Night Crawlers (worms), a Humming Bird and its nest!!!!...
The fishing was great.. the kids caught so many fish it was hard to keep the bait on the hook.. By the time we were done, the kids had figured out how to pinch their own section of worm off and put it on the hook all by their selves!
Enough typing.. here are the pictures!

hello

Well its been a busy few weeks and if figured I better get some posting done before it is time for Josephs birthday post.. which is just around the corner :)

we are all fine.. enjoying spring.. although it would be nice if it would thunderstorm during the day instead of between midnight and 3 am.. not that I am complaining.. the rain has been wonderful.. our flowers and grass is looking so pretty.. without the hi water bill :)

I have included a few pictures.. from easter and then some of trixy before and after her spring hair cut.. she looks like she lost about 50lbs.. and she only weighs probably 10 or 11 dripping wet :) ..

I have to mention I will have a longer post.. probably this weekend but for now this will have to do.. (I have pictures of our trip to the big D.. and stories to tell from the concert and the kids.. but for now.. I am off to bed.. much too late and probably for naught as I will be blasted out of my bed in a few hours by thunder :) ..

blessed beyond measure and appreciating it more every day..
