things I never said when I was a kid
Here are some things that my kids have said to me that I dont think I ever said to my mom and dad..
"Is it going to be dusty outside tomorrow too?"
"WOW, look at the tumble weed!"
"Do you think it will rain this month?"
"Can I do school in my PJs?"
"What's a ditch?"
"Wow mom.. look at the lake, it has water in it!"
"Can I water the yard today?"
Awhh.. the joys of w.t. living.
How about you?....

Hahahaha...
I will tell ya that after living in Oregon for 4 years, moving back to FW was a huge adjustment! But hey, dry lakes and tumbleweeds have a beauty all of their own. You just have to look through the dust, I guess. Where did you grow up, anyway? ;)
